1879 Zulu War Campaign Medal. This medal was awarded to all officers and men who served in Natal from 1877 to 1879. It was awarded with a variety of bars to indicate the recipient's service: 1877, 1877-78, and 1879. Naval shore parties received the medal without a bar. We have two forum members.
